Meet Yenmy

Hello, I'm Yenmy Henriquez, and I have a story that led me to where I am today.

For 15 years, I built a career as a Master Cosmetologist and even owned a thriving hair salon in Georgia. Life was good, it was a rewarding chapter of my life, filled with creativity and connection with my clients, but sometimes life takes unexpected turns. When my husband landed a job opportunity in Texas, it meant being separated from him as I stayed behind in Georgia with our three small children.

A year of going back and forth between the two states was challenging, to say the least. It was during this time that I discovered a deep love for Texas with its warm hospitality and wide-open spaces, it captured my heart. Our first home here became the place where countless memories were made.

My husband and I had dabbled in property flipping before, and in our first two years in Texas, we tackled two successful flips, we bought a second house that is now our rental property and last December we were able to buy our third new house. As I embraced this fresh start in a new state, I found myself drawn to real estate. It was a passion that had been waiting in the wings, and I saw an opportunity not only to pursue my own dreams but also it was about helping families find their own piece of Texas, just as we did.
